Welcome Notice: Welcome to Suyou VPN. Please read all terms carefully before use. By downloading, installing, or using Suyou VPN, you agree to be bound by all terms. Suyou VPN may modify these terms at any time. Please review this page regularly and use the service only if you accept the latest terms.

1. Service Provision: Suyou VPN provides secure, fast, and stable VPN services, including VPN connectivity, multi-region selection, and multi-device support. We do not guarantee full access in all regions or to all websites. Users bear risks associated with accessing third-party content through VPN.

2. Usage Restrictions: You must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Abuse or illegal use is prohibited. For violations of law or these terms, we reserve the right to suspend/terminate service and pursue legal liability. Prohibited behaviors include:

• Any illegal, threatening, violent, subversive, defamatory, obscene/pornographic, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful conduct.
• Transmitting or sharing content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, privacy-infringing, or intellectual-property-infringing.
• Any content harmful to minors.
• Collecting personal data without lawful basis, consent, or in violation of applicable law.
• Unauthorized access to or use of others’ computer systems, or impairing other users’ network connections.
• Modifying, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, creating derivative works, or attempting to derive source code, algorithms, methods, or technologies of Suyou VPN applications/services.
• Attempting to obtain or copy Suyou VPN services, software, files, or information by any means (including automated tools such as bots, crawlers, spiders, or manual scraping processes).
• Violating public morals, accepted ethical norms, or fair conduct principles.

For account safety, do not share your account with others. If shared, all resulting risks and consequences are your responsibility.

3. Privacy Protection: Suyou VPN respects user privacy and strictly protects personal information. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Service Availability: We strive to maintain stable and high-speed service within reasonable limits. However, due to technical issues, maintenance, upgrades, force majeure, and other factors, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. Suyou VPN only facilitates connectivity and is not responsible for content/information on linked sites; all resulting risks are borne by users.

6. Account Security: Each user is fully responsible for their account and password confidentiality. All activities under your account are deemed your responsibility. If you discover unauthorized use, notify us immediately.

7. Refund Policy: To provide a good user experience, Suyou VPN grants limited refund rights only when conditions are met.

• Purchase Channel: only official channels (official website, official app, etc.).
• Refund Scenario: after purchase, customer support verifies inability to use the service normally.
• Refund Amount: for traffic packages, refund is calculated based on remaining usage; please contact support for details.
• Disqualifying Violations: violation of local laws/regulations; unauthorized commercial use (e.g., resale, rental, crawling); sharing/abuse (e.g., account sharing, long-term abnormal downloading).
• Refund Process: contact support and complete issue verification; after approval, funds are returned to the original payment account within 10 business days; any additional fees (such as processing fees) may be deducted.

8. Disclaimer: Internet services may be affected by unstable factors across multiple links. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to force majeure, viruses, hacking, system instability, and other network/technical causes. The service is only a connectivity tool. We are not liable for security risks during use or risks from visited websites. Under all circumstances, Suyou VPN is not liable for losses exceeding amounts paid by the customer, whether monetary or non-monetary, including legal/court fees, regardless of legal theory.

9. Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time. During maintenance/upgrades, your continued use indicates acceptance of our policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Final interpretation rights of these terms and service usage belong to Suyou VPN.
